What We Do

01.

— We Find & Fund

We identify vulnerable individuals including young mothers and connect them with opportunities for growth. Through partnerships and community support, we mobilize resources to fund beadwork, crafts, and small-scale initiatives that generate income and restore dignity. We also instill essential financial skills, including saving practices and table banking, enabling participants to manage and grow their earnings sustainably.

02.

— We Build Networks

We create strong community networks by bringing together artisans, mentors, and partners. Through these connections, we open up markets for handmade crafts and beadwork, ensuring that local talent is recognized, supported, and sustained. Our networks also encourage shared learning, collaboration, and financial empowerment through collective saving initiatives.

03.

— We Strengthen

We empower vulnerable members of the community by promoting self-reliance and economic independence. By supporting craft-based livelihoods such as beadwork, we help individuals build stable incomes and brighter futures for their families. Through initiatives like table banking, communities are able to pool resources, support each other, and grow together financially.

04.

— We Educate

We provide practical training in beadwork, crafts, and entrepreneurship skills. Our programs equip participants with the knowledge to create quality products, manage small businesses, and access markets with confidence. We also offer financial literacy training, teaching budgeting, saving, and table banking principles to ensure long-term economic stability.

05.

— We Provide Care

We support holistic well-being by offering a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable individuals. From emotional support to basic needs assistance, we ensure that young mothers and other vulnerable community members feel valued, supported, and empowered as they rebuild their lives.

06.

— We Consult

We work with community groups, partners, and organizations to design and implement impactful, craft-based empowerment programs. Our approach focuses on sustainability, inclusivity, and creating real economic opportunities through local skills, supported by strong financial systems and community-led savings models.
